Lotus Root Peanut Soup

Ingredients:-
1 lotus root
2 chicken carsass
1/2 packet of peanuts (about 250g)
20 red dates
handful of gojiberries
2 litre water
pinch of salt (to taste)

Steps:-
1) Wash and put all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil.
2) Turn heat to low and simmer for 3 hours.
