Sandwich Corn Bread

Cook Time : 3 hours 15 min
Yield : 1 loaf

Ingredients:
80ml water
350g bread flour
40g sugar
Pinch of salt
4g instant dried yeast
150g frozen corns kernel
50g unsalted butter

1) Blend corn with 2tbsp water.
2) Add blended corn and all ingredients into breadpan in the order listed above.
3) Select Basic Bread Function "Donlim BM Function No.1", crust intensity "light" and weight 700g.
4) Let cool completely on wire rack before slicing.
